ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia is set to be a major exhibitor at the upcoming Selangor Aviation Show 2024, scheduled for 12-14 September at Subang Airport. This key event underscores Malaysia’s growing prominence as a hub for business and general aviation, and it marks the fourth edition of the Selangor Aviation Show.
ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia recently opened a new 149,500-square-foot maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility at Subang, which stands as the largest MRO facility for business aviation in Malaysia. Ivan Lim, Regional Vice President Asia at ExecuJet MRO Services, commented on the significance of the company’s participation: “We are pleased to participate as the show has evolved into a noteworthy platform for showcasing the future of business aviation in the region.”
Lim further emphasized Malaysia’s ambition of capturing half of Asia’s MRO market and five percent of the global MRO market by 2030, reflecting the country’s commitment to becoming a leading player in the aviation industry.
Highlighting MRO Capabilities
At the show, ExecuJet MRO Services will highlight its broad range of services, including airframe line and heavy maintenance, Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support, cabin interior refurbishments, aircraft modifications, avionics upgrades, satellite communication (satcom) installations, and component repair.
The state-of-the-art Subang facility includes a spacious maintenance hangar, fully equipped workshops, storage areas, offices, training rooms, conference rooms, and lounges. With a team of internationally certified engineers and technicians, ExecuJet is approved to perform maintenance on a wide range of business jets from manufacturers like Dassault Aviation, Gulfstream, and Bombardier.
