AVIATOR AND EASYJET SIGN THREE-YEAR GROUND SUPPORT AGREEMENT FOR TROMSØ OPERATIONS

TROMSØ, Norway — Aviator Airport Alliance, a leading provider of aviation services across 15 Nordic airports and part of the Avia Solutions Group, has entered into a new three-year contract with European airline giant, easyJet. This partnership will see Aviator providing ground handling and de-icing services as easyJet commences operations at Tromsø Airport (TOS) starting November 11th.

Under this agreement, easyJet will operate 14 flights per week throughout the winter, connecting Tromsø to major European destinations including Amsterdam (AMS), Bristol (BRS), Berlin (BER), London-Gatwick (LGW), Geneva (GVA), Manchester (MAN), and Paris (CDG). As one of Europe’s largest airlines, easyJet boasts a fleet of over 300 aircraft, flying close to 1,000 routes across 155 airports in 35 countries.

“We are delighted to see easyJet launching these new routes to TOS, and we are looking forward to starting the new partnership with the airline,” said Peter Stackeryd, Managing Director of Aviator Norway. “We are excited that easyJet has chosen us, and we are committed to delivering results and ensuring on-time performance for its passengers.”

This new deal also deepens the relationship between Aviator and easyJet, who are already collaborating at Copenhagen Airport (CPH). The expanded partnership marks another significant step in easyJet’s operations in Scandinavia.
